These terms apply to your use of nurseyara.ca and to appointments booked through it. By using this site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
This site describes the treatments offered at Mirror by Nurse Yara and lets you request or book an appointment. It is an information and booking tool. It is not a substitute for a consultation, and nothing on it is a promise of a particular result.
Most treatments begin with a paid consultation. As of the date on this page that fee is $100, and it is credited toward any treatment you book within 30 days of the consultation.
We charge for consultations on purpose. A proper facial assessment takes real clinical time, and charging for it means the recommendation you get is clinical rather than commercial. It also means we are free to tell you that you do not need treatment.
Appointments are booked through Jane, our practice management platform. The deposit, cancellation window and no show policy that apply to your specific appointment are shown to you in Jane at the time you book, and you agree to them there.
In short: give us reasonable notice if you cannot make it. Late cancellations and no shows take a clinical slot that another patient wanted, and may forfeit your deposit.
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are given so you can plan. They can change, and several treatments are priced by the unit, the syringe or the plan rather than as a flat fee.
The price that binds is the one quoted to you in writing at your consultation, after assessment. A number on a web page is a guide, not a quote.
Not everyone is a candidate for every treatment. We reserve the right to decline to treat, to recommend something different from what you asked for, or to recommend nothing at all. That is not us being difficult. It is the reason to come here.
All text, photography, before and after images, design and branding on this site belong to Mirror by Nurse Yara or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.
Before and after photographs are of real patients who gave written consent for their images to be shown. They are examples of outcomes achieved for those individuals, not a representation of what you will achieve.
Any review counts or star ratings shown on this site reflect our public Google profiles at the time of publication and will move over time.
This site links to and embeds services we do not control, including Jane, Typeform, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and our training platform. Once you follow a link or submit a form there, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Courses, mentorship and training offered to other practitioners are governed by their own separate agreement provided at the point of enrolment. Nothing on this website enrols you or guarantees a place.
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirror by Nurse Yara is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, or from any interruption to it.
Nothing in these terms limits our professional obligations to you as a patient, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
