You earn each stage. Nobody touches a model until they can read a face the way Yara does and explain every decision before it is made.
Phase oneMonths 1 and 2
Observe
Sit inside every consultation and treatment. Learn how Yara assesses a face before she touches it, and why she says no as often as she says yes.
Phase twoMonths 3 and 4
Assist
Run consultations with Yara in the room. Chart, plan and present, and get corrected in real time.
Phase threeMonths 5 and 6
Inject
Hands on with models only, under Yara's direct supervision. Every movement watched, every decision debriefed.
The schedule
Two days a week, inside the clinic.
- Fridays and Saturdays by default, for six months
- Wherever Yara is working that day, mostly Milton and sometimes Yorkville
- Some weeks shift when Yara is travelling or the schedule changes. You always get notice and a replacement day
Who it is for
Licensed, serious, and ready to be corrected.
- Licensed RPN, RN, NP, MD or DDS in good standing
- Building aesthetics as a career, not a side skill
- Foundational injectable training complete before hands on work begins in month five
